On the Eighth Day God Created Time
What is time? Was the big bang the great cosmological event that it is said to be, or just “Adam getting it on with Eve?” Author Lennox Augustine Cornwall questions many beliefs on what we perceive to be “reality.” On the Eighth Day God Created Time: Secrets God Chose Not to Share With Einstein is a mind-bending book on ever-present existential questions, told from the layperson's point of view. |

Cornwall believes that an understanding of time enables one to take control of one's life. He argues that science and religion look at the same problems from different perspectives and explains why neither is prepared to modify its dogma and come to the realization of the profound truths underlying our understanding of nature. Cornwall proposes groundbreaking ideas such as light speed variability and claims to solve conundrums that have plagued quantum physics since its development. Urging the reader to keep an open mind, he also has an understanding of the facts that may lead to a Theory of Everything—conceptually if not mathematically.
Lennox Augustine Cornwall is a lay enthusiast of quantum physics, relativity and cosmology. He challenges generally held beliefs and convinces readers to do the same. “There are as many realities as there are minds to contemplate the meaning of reality,” he says.

Prison Food Ain'T So Bad
How do you find the meaning of life within the confines of prison—the prison of your mind? Join Noxie Norris in a journey of enlightenment, inner freedom, forgiveness, and redemption in the latest novel by Lennox Augustine Cornwall, Prison Food Ain't So Bad. |

Prison Food Ain't So Bad is the personal Odyssey of a wannabe writer, Noxie Norris, who rationalizes stealing from his employer—for which he is imprisoned—to indulge his gambling addiction. Each circumstance and character he encounters in prison plays a role in the development of who he is to become.
In Eddie, his cell mate, he finds a reflection of himself—the part he most detests; in Governor R. H. Johnson, he finds a rock upon which his ego would break; in Sparky, the flatulent sparrow, he finds an imaginary friend; in “Luscious Lynne,” the warder, he finds the sternest test of his aspirations for celibacy; in the routine of prison life, he finds freedom; in his contemplation of the plight he has forced upon Amanda, his wife, he finds forgiveness; and in God, he finds his redemption.
Reflecting upon Norris' antics, the astute reader will recognize their own compulsive habits that prevent them from becoming the ideal person they long to be. This riveting account maintains an intricate balance between humorous fable, somber ponderance and insightful commentary on the human condition. Above all, it furnishes the key to unlock the mystery of one's greatest challenge: understanding the meaning of life—one's own life. It is, indeed, rich food for thought and…life!

Joshua's Journey is a charming and, at first glance, simple story about the experiences of Joshua, a seven-year-old, unaccompanied minor on a post-9-1-1 flight to visit his mother in San Antonio. However, once one becomes acquainted with the apparent simplicity of the tale, a more complex message emerges. It can be read as a metaphor for wholesome values, everyday courage, everlasting hope and doing the right thing when the right thing is the right thing to do. |

In Samantha, his 11-year-old traveling companion, Joshua finds guidance, friendship and love. Through her example, flying is transformed for him from fear-filled to fun-filled and he is able to relax and enjoy the freedom and adventure that flying can add to our lives. And, to cap it all off, Cornwall has actually managed to give us one of those all-too-rare happy endings that satisfy our desire for what is good and just.
Before we get there, however, we are treated to rich and vivid descriptions of the characters that Joshua encounters along his way. They include Bradley, the ever-smiling, fun, customer-oriented flight attendant and the myriad customers with their character traits. Joshua's observance of these traits causes him to categorize his fellow passengers as elephant, sheep, puppy dog, camel or ostrich. Cornwall 's skillful characterizations of the customers remind us not to take ourselves too seriously.
All in all, this artfully crafted Odyssey is an engaging tale suitable for children and adults of all ages—a work of art which provides yet another striking example of this author's narrative skill and sensitive insight into human nature.
